FSF President Randolph May Panelist at FCBA Online Event

Randolph May, President of the Free State Foundation, will participate in the Federal Communications Bar Association Judicial Committee’s event titled “Recent Developments in Administrative Law for the Communications Industry,” on February 8, 2023, 12 noon via Zoom. Mr. May’s panel will discuss potential consequences of West Virginia v. EPA and the Major Questions Doctrine for FCC decisions.” The two-hour program will cover how key federal cases over the last few years potentially affect the decision-making authority of federal agencies – including the FCC – as well as the ability of plaintiffs to bring private suits alleging procedural violations of consumer protection statutes, such as the TCPA. The Free State Foundation will hold its Fifteenth Annual Policy Conference on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at the National Press Club in Washington, DC.
