As part of the conference, Free State Foundation President Randolph May will moderate two Fireside Chats, one with FTC Commissioners Noah Phillips and Christine Wilson on Friday, March 19, 10 – 11 a.m., and the other with FCC Commissioner Brendan Carr on Tuesday, March 23, 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.
